Last 2 years after trying to add a new account following a rollover to a Roth IRA, Quicken didn't recognize new account and wouldn't download transactions.

I recently attempted to add connection (s) to Wealthscape Investor for my EXISTING Quicken tracked accounts. Spent 4 hours on the phone with Quicken First and Second Level support.

Hi - I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to get wealthscape investor to connect to quicken.

Trying to set up a new investment account for Wealthscape Investor. Unfortunately, when I select it, Quicken shows an incorrect website URL and will not accept login to the site from Quicken.

I have attached two items I believe illustrates my problem. I don't think I've seen this shown in the other problems.
